Free Student Access

Students and members join communities, learn, watch courses, and chat for free without verification fees.

Fair Monetization

Creators retain 90% of paid course revenues (10% platform commission) with direct payouts.

1. Agreement & Overview

Welcome to Tenimal. By creating an account, reserving a handle on Tenimal.info, or accessing the Tenimal Web Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Quality First & Creator Verification

To keep Tenimal free from spam, misinformation, and fake educators, we enforce a strict Quality First publishing architecture:

  • Student Tier (₹0): Allows members to join unlimited communities, watch courses, participate in channel chats, and access basic Tenimal AI for free.
  • Verified Creator Tier (₹999 One-Time): Required for users who wish to create communities, publish courses, upload videos, post public content, or earn revenues on Tenimal.
  • Verification Safeguard: Tenimal reserves the right to review creator applications, verify identity documentation, and revoke creator status in cases of fraud or severe policy violations.

3. Creator Monetization & Platform Fees

  • Verified Creators may set custom prices for courses, membership spaces, or paid community events.
  • Tenimal charges a standard 10% platform commission on paid course sales to support streaming, infrastructure, and verification overhead.
  • Payouts are processed directly to the creator's linked bank account according to scheduled billing cycles.

4. Prohibited Content & Behavior

Tenimal enforces zero tolerance for harmful behaviors. You agree not to publish or engage in:

  • Spam, deceptive marketing, scams, or unverified financial guarantees.
  • Hate speech, harassment, impersonation, or illegal materials.
  • Infringement of third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property.
